Shipping and Returns
Returns
For all glass items - All Sales are Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Every known detail will be disclosed to the buyer, what you see is what you get. Every item shipped will be fully insured through the shipping company. If there is a problem during shipping it will be handled through the shipping company. For clothing items we will offer an exchange if it does not fit. Please see below for further information.
Exchanges
We will replace clothing if it doesn't fit how you would like. In this situation we must be notified immediately after arrival of items. An exchange will give you equivalent store credit for replaced items. There is no cash return. A store credit coupon will be emailed to you if there is no other items that interest you at the time. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at Support@TheHeadyConnect.com and then ship your item to: PO Box 38626 Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States 80937. You are responsible for shipping fees.
Shipping
Our products are shipped within 4-7 Days using USPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to:PO Box 38626, Colorado Springs Colorado United States 80937. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
